2. Business Listings

• Listings must accurately represent a real, operating business.
• Businesses can be claimed by their rightful owner through our claim-listing process, subject to admin verification.
• We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false information, or is reported and confirmed as fraudulent or abusive.

3. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience. Fake, defamatory, or abusive reviews may be removed, and repeat offenders may have their account suspended.

4. Subscriptions & Listing Packages

Paid listing packages unlock additional features (e.g. featured placement, more listings, priority support) for the duration stated at purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use BiharHelpLine to post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
